I tried to figure this out on my own but to no avail. I don’t seem to find anything in the preferences.

When viewing video clips on the timeline I was always able to see frames of the clip no matter how zoomed in or out I was on the timeline in ver. 8.0. But in 11 I usually only see an image of a frame at the beginning, the middle, and the end of the clip. It was always easy to find my place in the video clip depending on how much I was zoomed in. But now I don’t see the frames, only the beginning, middle, and end of the clip. I figure this is just a setting that I’m missing but I can’t seem to find it.

    Thanks for the help.

Go to Options | Preferences | Video and change Thumbnails to show in video events from Head, Center, Tail to All.

Thank you John…I knew it was something simple. Just overlooked it.

You’re welcome. It’s too bad Sony changed the default without telling anyone. 🙁
