  Clip Browser/Vegas question

  Good day folks,

  {Vegas Pro 9e, Sony EX1r, ClipBrowser, HP Pavilion dv8 laptop.}

  I am attempting to improve my work flow by first working within ClipBrowser, adding ‘ins’ and ‘outs’ to my clips before importing them in MXF format into Vegas. At the same time I add names and short shot descriptions.
  Now, the pre-edited clips import well enough into Vegas, however I appear to be unable to see the names and/or descriptions I added to these clips. Even when I look in the event properties window or view Edit Details, I see no reference to this meta data.
  Please can you tell me where to look or preferably, how to have this info shown in my Project Media folder?

  My second question is: Can I import the whole clip with the ‘ins’ and ‘outs’ included, and will these markers show up in the trimmer window when I open them in there? In other words, I would like to have access to the whole clip even though I am “importing” just the in and out section of the clip.

  I guess I am in effect asking if the trimmer window in ClipBrowser mimics and “talks to” the trimmer window in Vegas?
