  Clearing AE Media & Disk Cache

  Using AE CC 2015, I received the error message to clear my M&D Cache. When I went to click on the “Empty Disk Cache” button, it was grayed out and it won’t let me click on it.

  My default location for the cache is in Users\my name\AppData\Local\Temp

  Does anyone know why this is and what can I do to solve it?
