I own several Clear Com and equivalent intercom beltpacks but I don’t own a main or base station for all of those to tie into. My question is that I need to do an event and I need to get these headsets to work with each other so I can provide communications between my operators. I have a theory about using an audio console to route some of this but I need to know if this can be done or a cheap way of getting coms in a partyline style.

You don’t need a base unit, you need a power supply only.
Then you can daisy chain / run parallel.

Nevermind that, I found one. I have clearcom and RTS boxes. Might need to rewire one of them to accept correct power?

Other question is how to get audio from that party line to XLR so I can put it on a phone hybrid. Got someone in a remote location needing to hear comms as well.
