  Clear Motion Graphics Videos?

  I was wondering how to get motion graphics videos like https://vimeo.com/90687731 to appear clear on the internet. When I play some of my videos on vimeo in HD Fullscreen they have artifacts. It has been hard finding information on this topic. I have gathered that it has to do with the variation per frame with the clips going too fast for the internet compression and that longer videos might handle better. I was curious about Dysco because it seems to have some fast moving bits in it (1:07 into video, ect.). Any information on this is appreciated!

  Same type of thing on vimeo, not as bad with html5 player.
  It is hard to make a reel with artifact clips. ~.~
