clean uninstall?
i think i have two copies of Premiere Pro CC installed and would like to start my installation over. i realize there is an icon that says, “uninstall Premiere Pro”, but will it get rid of ALL preferences and settings like i think it should, or will i need to go in and find any other files to delete?
i will then just do a new download from CC and see if that gets rid of m problem. thank you!

its highly unlikely you got 2 installs.
Uninstall, then run cleanertool once or twice then reinstall
