clean install for Resolve Studio
Today I purchased Davinci Resolve Studio, after using the light version for a couple of years. Is it necessary to uninstall the light version before installing the studio version? If so can I just copy the projects?
I’m on win 10 pro.

I would backup the Project Database, backup the system, and then just install the new version on top of the old. If you’re really concerned about it, you could Uninstall the old version and then do a clean install of the new version and then import the backed-up Project database.

I had to uninstall the light verson before installing the studio version. When I opened the studio version all projects and luts were there.
