This is probably a very basic question but I’ve been looking through the Avid effects and can’t find it. Its probably looking at me right in the face but anyway, which effect should I use to clamp the overall luminance of a video layer between 0 and 100IRE??

    Thanks for your help

Well it was right in front of me, the old color limiting effect

You could also do a CC effect across the top most video layer and clamp it “manually”
