Cinema Tools to ALE

I searched first but did not see this specific question.
When working on a feature film, after telecine, I want to sync sound in FCP and output to HDCam. If I import an ALE file from telecine into FCP and sync my audio in FCP, is there a way to export the Cinema Tools data – specifically the new audio metadata- to a file that is an ALE format or can be converted to ALE in case the HDCam tape is used for an Avid offline later?
Has anyone created a similar conversion program? Joe
