Cinema 4d R14 motion camera

Hi. I’m currently doing a mine craft animation and it uses the motion camera. For my first scene, the camera is walking steadily and then it see’s something that scares the camera/player and so the camera/player starts to run faster but i cant find no speed tab or anything that can change the time of how long he can go along the spline that was allocated for it to go along, the camera only stays one speed and its frustrating that maxon didn’t include a feature like this. If you need any examples i don’t mind giving images and whatnot, thanks.

You can keyframe the camera’s position along the path spline however you like. Just uncheck “automatic” in the camera position section. Then you can even use the spline graph to adjust the speed along the path curve.
