    Hi,
I have a problem with my OpenGL in C4D R16, i don’t know how to explain that. If I move camera or press something the C4D freeze or something.
I installed all drivers of my graphics card, but nothing. I can’t use Cinema 4D with OpenGL dezactivate cause makes lag.
    My specs :
    Processor : Intel Pentium B960 @ 2.20GHz 2.20
Graphics Card : Intel HD Graphics
    RAM : 4 GB
    Operating System : Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
    Thanks anticipated.
    There is a link with a demonstration :  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rMqRDLkIt9Q

not a PC guy but FWIW, your laptop doesn’t have enough power likely. That’s not very much RAM for running Windows 10. The processor is a Pentium not an i3/i5/i7 (which is probably not the big thing until you go to render) and the graphics is the Intel HD (old/slow check out this https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html) not the later HD3000/HD6200 etc or a dedicated GPU. I don’t know which is the most important thing there not being a PC guy but somebody does.

In C4d prefs you can turn off open gl – try that – some things are ok with open gl and some things aren’t in R16, and some gfx engines are ok with C4D’s version of OGL and some aren’t.
But brian is right – kind of an old proc and a weak gfx solution for both windows 10 and C4d – and an old c4d for a new windows.
We haven’t made the leap yet to 10 for these kinds of reasons. Windows 10 is expecting a kicking gfx card for this kind of work, in fact it’s counting on it. Win 10 is too busy waiting for you to get gorilla arm from doing your 3D work (or a spread sheet) with a touch screen.

Hello, my specs on my horrible laptop are as follows:
    Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU P6100 @ 2.00 GHz
8.00 GB Ram 64 Bit Operating System (Windows 7 Ultimate) Intel HD Graphics
and I can run C4D R16 with no OpenGL problems…..now R17 and beyond is another problem, OpenGL does not work with it.
My graphics card is too weak, and it’s also the reason why any version of 3DS MAX beyond 2012 will not launch.
