I am trying to edit an animated episode but something annoying comes up when I am trying to animate. I recorded what I was seeing and hopefully you guys will understand how I should approach this.

Please help me because I got a project due in a couple days.

Video is only 1 minute total.

Really hard to tell just from looking at the video. Do you have any keyframes set? Could it be a priority problem with conflicting expressions? Are the pieces bound correctly? Hard to say without being able to look at the file.
