    I have a Razer Blade 2016 with a GTX 960M.
Cinebench R15 returns a score of .98fps OpenGL which I know can’t be correct.
I’ve returned the laptop twice to Razer via an RMA and they say the issue is with Cinebench.
    Any ideas?

Try using GPU-Z or a different GPU monitoring program to monitor your GPU frequency and utilization during the benchmark. Laptop CPUs & GPUs have been known to sometimes stay in their power conserving “battery mode” states, even when under load in certain scenarios. And of course installing the latest drivers and updates can often help.
