Just curious why the black background wouldn’t be best in some cases. Saving out the effects against a black background with an alpha channel makes it pretty easy to re-composite in other programs, especially when you check the Remove Black BG box in the Render options.

This identifies my problem I do not know and can not find the afore mentioned “Render Options.”

I just rendered a test and did not see that option, I also looked in the Preferences and Project Settings.

    Where do I find it?

    Thank you,
    Bill

I see why I am rendering to AVI and I need to render to an image say png format to use those options.

I went back and rewatched some of your DVD. 😉
