Chroma Key Not Big Enough
Hey,
Based on my situation, I need to film my entire body for a shot that requires a chroma-key background. My problems are:
1. Not having enough space on set for my cameras ratio (the camera picks up the adjacent walls because the room is small)
2. Not a big enough green screen
The thing is, the camera isn’t moving for the shot. So it ends up being a perfectly fine center shot with two vertical borders (the walls). In theory (since I don’t move past the green screen), I could just draw them out (they never move).
Is this possible? How would you overcome this feat?

You can easily use the mask tool to cut out those areas extended

As Steve said, use the Mask tool. It can be found in the Pan/Crop window. Just mask the areas outside of the green screen.

Yes it is and that would be perfect for this if the OP had the budget to buy it. But it can be down with Vegas Pro alone, just not as good.
