I have a series of 30-60 minute long lectures recorded in front of a green screen, First I took my raw clips into after effects to key out the background, and then pulled that after effects project into Premiere to edit everything together. Rendering takes a really long time using this workflow, anyone have any better sugestions?

I would do my cut first in Premiere Pro to make sure that I don’t waste my time on keying and cleanup in After Effects for parts of the shots that I don’t need. Then I would import the Premiere Pro project into After Effects and do the keying work and then export from there.
