was your camera shooting in 4.2.0.?
we have this problem all the time when we use our studio cameras.
now days we use our 4.2.2 camera and we don’t get the squiggly lines.
if you blow up the footage to 200% to where the green meets the cloth you will see all the junk there.

Shot on FS100, which should be 4.2.2

It’s in a very small cyclorama, which has green reflecting on the sides. Nothing was used to block for spills, which is what I thought the problem might be.

But I’m not sure if that is the real reason or if it’s just something I’m doing wrong in AE.

Remove noise prior to keying. Set Keylight’s View option to Intermediate Result. Then use Refine Matte’s Reduce Chatter property.
