What is the best way to color key a person the has a lot of hair?
After i color key the green away, i use the matt tool but it cuts all the hair off to the point of were it look smooth all the way down.
Is there a way to leave the strains of hairs in place?thank you

I’ll tell you that you should do a key for the hair alone, use a mask to limit the layer to the hair area and then key to preserve the hair as best you can, lay this back over your footage keyed for the body of the person (perhaps with a mask to eliminate most of the hair so you don’t get any potential build-up of some areas of the hair) and you should have an easier time of it.
