Choppy video effect
I was previewing some video the other day and I kind of liked the way it looked rough and choppy better than when it was playing smoothly.
Is there a way to create this ‘effect’ by lowering the frame rate or something? Can I do it before render or is it something I have to do as a render option?

Right-click, properties, play with “Undersample Rate”
