  Choppy image in monitor when authoring Bluray

  Greetings:
  I did my first project in Bluray and found that when you play the clip in the timeline in Encore, the image on the monitor and also the preview monitor is very choppy. Is there any setting that you can adjust to make it smoother? Thanks in advance..
