Has anyone had this happen to them?

I white balanced as normal and recorded a couple segments. When i finished and was looking at the clips to transfer i noticed one of the segments was missing the red and faces were blue. But all the other segments were fine and i did not touch any of the functions of the camera after the first white balance. The segment in question was the 3rd segment i shot.

Do u think this is a chip malfunction?

    TIA

    Sam

missing red as no red at all or looks like daylight shoot on 32K white balance?

Could someone have hit the WB preset?

You need to do a bunch of testing before you use the camera in product again, if you have any doubt you need to send it in for servicing, not much anyone do if they cannot see the camera.
