Chinese Characters on german system
Hi
I installed the chinese language on my Windows XP Prof. and a chinese font (it’s for a little clip).But i can’t use the font, i don’t see font when i want to chose that.yes it is in the “fonts” folder :)!
I’m using Adobe After Effects 7.0
Can you help me?

Na, things don’t work this way. Most likely your “Chinese Font” is encoded to European Western keymapping (if it’s an TrueType font) or the other way around your system is not properly set to Chinese. Anyway, in both cases you still would have to use the charmap (“Zeichentabelle”) to hack your stuff together – if you don’t have a chinese keyboard, only setting your system to Chinese doesn’t help at all (on a Chinese keyboard, almost all keys are mapped with 5 chars and their variations).

Wie kann ich trotzdem ein einfahces chinesisches Zeichen darstellen lassen ohne es selbst z.b mit Adobe Illustrator zu zeichen? 🙂
