child lock on authored DVD’s
We’ve been authouring DVD’s and they are coming back form the duplicators with child-lock protection enabled on the disk…this is creating some problems for our clients.
We never enabled child-lock, I’m not even sure that Encore has a feature to create a child-lock…
Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Your duplicator has made an error. Encore does not have any feature for adding parental control/ratings to a DVD authored within it.
