Cheezy Sparkle Trail Effect from AVID
I have been trying to recreate the old style Sparkle Trail from AVID in an After Effects project. I am using Particular with Sprites but I’m not getting an effect that looks like AVID.
Have any of you seen a plug that can recreate this tragically dated and horrendously ugly effect?

Can you post an example, there were many different cheesy sparkle trails back in the day.
