  Checking Canon 5D Mark111 actuations

  I have been trying to find out the way to check the shutter clicks aka actuation on my Canon 5D Mark3, and it seems that the only way is to use a program that runs on a PC which does not help me as I own Macs. Does anyone out there in Cow Ville know a way to do this with a MAC? If not, could I email someone in the forum a small JPG if you have the technology to read the meta data.
