Cheap Software?
Looking to get some software cheap..of course..
Anybody know of anyplaces, or have any recomendation to buy software..
AE, and Creative Suite.. -

Well, assuming you want to remain legitimate, you can purchase older versions cheaper on eBay and then upgrade. Or you can purchase the academic version with a student ID, then upgrade the next step. But if you’re trying to buy After Effects for $300, you’re out of luck. Those places that sell it really cheap are pirating it. You don’t want to get burned.

By the way, the Educational version of AE doesn’t include the Cycore (CC) effects.

You’ll also want to be careful when buying educational versions of software to save money. Sometimes you are not able to upgrade from the educational version to a full version. I don’t think this is the case with Adobe, but it is with Apple. Something to look into, not to mention your out of luck anyways if you are not a student.
