  Cheap HDMI Up/Down/Cross converter?

  I’m trying to rig up an affordable set of capture solutions using HyperDeck Shuttle 2s, with input signals that are coming in as 1080/60 (from PCs). Unfortunately, the Hyperdeck doesn’t support a 1080 signal so I’ll need to convert down first. It looks like the BMD mini UDC doesn’t have HDMI and the AJA mini UDC doesn’t have HDMI input. Can someone recommend a cheap UDC that is HDMI only?

  Are there any affordable units like the HyperDeck Shuttle which can accept a 1080/60 signal?
