  Cheap cable graphic packages

  Maybe it’s just me but I’ve noticed a pattern in most of these graphic packages seen on channels like Cinemax, AMC, Disney Channel, and Starz in America. I remember Cinemax having a graphics package that had a beautiful 3D graphic package like this: https://youtu.be/UGLwd1FAJzM
  Now it’s gone to this crappy and boring graphics of simple transitions. And Starz had an amazing graphics package in 2005: https://youtu.be/eB1q0c2YXxg and now that’s downgraded along with AMC. What the hell is going with today’s graphic packages that it’s so boring and bland. Are graphics for a channel too expensive or what? I need help understanding
