  Chasing the Jittery look

  Hi, I have got a Sony Ex1 HDCAM I borrowed from Uni, this is the camera we will be using for our projects

  Anyways I’ve played around with it and with the settings and came across a look that I actually want

  In the S&Q Motion I have set it to 4, I move my hand in front and its the look I am going for, but when I press record its goes pretty fast but the look I want is what is displayed on the LCD screen

  What steps do I have to go through to get that look recorded?
