    I just wanted to double check something regarding rechargeable batteries. Lithium Ion batteries do not need to be fully discharged before recharging, correct? I ask because I’m concerned that I’m not getting the full run time out of my batteries that I should. But, this may be due to the fact that I am mostly shooting in cold weather conditions.

    That’s correct on both accounts. They do not need to be fully discharged before recharging and they will often have shorter life in extreme climates. If you want longer lasting batteries, I highly recommend these bad boys:
