Character Generation Text Entry Won’t word wrap

You need to enter line breaks with the Text tools, but you don’t with Boris’ Title 3D… found in the same button you use to access the Text tools. Much better than the text tools in many other respects too.

You should have Boris. It comes with FCP. It’s much better than the FCP text generators.

If it wasn’t installed originally, go to the original install disks and you can select to just install Boris.

I may be wrog, but I don’t believe Boris came with FCP until version 4.5 or 5. Jim may be working with an older version he never stated what version of FVP he was using.

Well its definitely not in FCP 7.0.1 I assume Apple have taken it out and left users to spend an eternity adding and guessing manual line breaks everywhere!!

If Im wrong, PLEASE tell me … life would be co much easier 🙂
