  Chapter Title Vertical Spacing

  Just made the upgrade from CS3 to CS6. Working on a book and would like to start Chapter Title pages about 1/3-down the page. I’ve created a Master Page “A”, which is for the regular body text pages with a top margin of 3picas. I’ve also created a Master Page “B”, for the chapter title pages, with a top margin of 12 picas.

  All the pages have been flowed into Master Page “A”. Now I am trying to apply Master Page “B” to the chapter title pages, but for some reason, the text does not reflow after applying the Master Page “B”. I can see the pink guide of the lower top margin, but the text of the chapter title page ignores it, and sits at the previous 3pica top margin. I’ve tried applying the Master Page of “None” and *then* applying the Master Page “B”, but this doesn’t work, either. Can someone help me solve this?
