I’ve put markers along my timeline, named them, but haven’t pressed the Chapter Marker button on any of them. I’ve got over 100 markers to carry over for screening purposes, I’d rather not go through the tedious process of going into every marker. Is there another way?

    thanks,

Uh…. not that I know of. Don’t think “paste attributes” applys. Looks like you’re stuck opening each one.

If you don’t know already, here’s a reminder. Chapter markers placed in the timeline will “stay put” when you make changes to the duration. In other words, if you place a chapter marker at 10 minutes in, and then trim out two minutes of the opening credits, your chapter marker will now show up 2 minutes later than your initial placement. The marker stays locked to an “absolute” location when your timeline changes. Suggestion is to place chapter markers as a last step before exporting.
