  chapter list doesnt work

  If someone could help on this issue, it would save me so much trouble.
  so my BD DVD has a chapter select on the main menu, and when you hit preview, and do a run through of all the buttons, they all work and go to the correct spot in the video BUT when i hit build to blu ray, all the other buttons work except the chapter in the chapter select menu, if you hit next chapter it works, but it wont let me select a chapter to go directly to, instead it just goes back to the main menu, please let me know if you understand/can help me out.
