Is there a way to change the frame size of the project once it’s been made?

I find it really difficult to have to re-start my project every time I want to flip my frame between 1080p and 720p. That or even correct pixel ratio if I select the wrong one (because Premiere isn’t importing it properly)

There had to be a way to do this right?

    File > New > Sequence

Go to original sequence and “Select All” and “Copy”, then go to new sequence and Paste.
