    Hello,

I have an 8-minute sequence in Final Cut that starts at hour 6. I want to export the sequence with burn in Timecode. I have nested the sequence and added the TC generator filter, but the TC begins at hour 00. I have double-clicked the nested sequence, expecting it to load into the viewer where I could change the TC setting in the Filters Tab. But that’s not what happens. Instead, it loads the original pre-nested sequence in the canvas.

How do I change the burn in TC filter to being at hour 06?

    Thanks,
    AB

Did you try to Right Click on the clip (on the timeline) and choose open in Viewer?

    Why not use tc reader?

Ah! Right-clicking did the trick. Thank you gentlemen.
