At the moment for some reason my timecode display is set to frames and I can’t change it back to m:s:f. I’ve tried changing in general project settings, I’ve tried changing it in sequence settings but for some reason Frames is the only option. My timebase is set at 29.99fps and I’m using videos off my phone. I’ve used these videos countless times and this has never been a problem for me it has always been in m:s:f but I right clicked on the timecode display and clicked frames to see what that was like and now it won’t change back.

On a mac you would right-click on the timecode display in the timeline window. You should be shown all of the different options for timecode format.
