I’m working on a 16×9 sequence. Using a zillion different formats.
The sequence is currently 1920×1080. We thought the output would be HD.
But now client just wants it ‘for web’ — ie, 16×9 but only need 640×360

How can I change the sequence frame size? If change it in seq settings, all the footage is way too big — it doesn’t scale down.

Almost every shot — including a bunch of stills — is animated with scale and position — or is 4×3 scaled up and adjusted to appear nicely in the 16×9 frame.
(So ‘scale to seq’ or ‘conform to seq’ or ‘remove attribs’ doesn’t help!)

    Any solutions?

    thanks

Edit in the native format and scale it to the correct size and format when compressing it for the web.

    All the best,
