    Changing resolutions to PAL

    Hello CC,

    I have video from youtube that has been downloaded at an odd dimension – 452 x 360. And needing to convert them all for Broadcast – 720 by 576i (D1/DV PAL Widescreen 1.46) interlaced. Can it be done? I’m not expecting miracles, but results that are not terrible. Let me know if I should go with a better PAL preset.

    Thanks Dave.

    The good thing is, all frame rates are all at 25fps. By going into “interpret footage” and selecting “upper fields” will now become true interlaced?
