Changing parameters after project is editted
I editted a project in Motion, but my parameters were set at:
XDCAM HD 1080i60, 1440 x 1080, upper field, at 29/97 frames/secondI needed it to be at:
XDCAM EX 720p60, 1280 x 720, no field order, at 59.94 frames/secondNow the project comes out “crunched” when I export it. Is there some way I can go back and reset or change the settings of my project so that I can export it properly?
At least I know what I need to do now, but I’m hoping there is still some way to save a week’s worth of work.

Motion gives you the ability to change project settings (Except for Frame Rates). Go up to Edit, Project Pane and change the settings.
If you want to change project settings and frame rates create a new project with the right settings and drag the project from the old Project Pane to the new one and it will make the adjustment for you.
Be sure to make sure everything lined up right. You may need to make some adjustments. Hope this helps.

Thanks! I am in the process of exporting my project again. I did reset the parameters for the project (including the frame rate!) and so far, so good. I did have to adjust a few things, but no “dealbreakers” at least. If it’s still fudged up, I will go ahead and try what you suggested. Thanks for the speedy response!
