    changing one audio channel to both channels

    Hi I’m very new to FCP. I taped video with audio in just one channel, but when I put it into the timeline it has channel 1 and 2. How do I just have the audio in channel 1 come through the left and right speaker and get rid of the channel that doesn’t have any audio?

    Adjust patching so only channel one is connected

    Also… pan audio on clip center You can do this in the Audio tab for clip or under Modify
