Changing hair color – hue & saturation
I have read many tutorials on changing the hair color of a person. They use hue and saturation to change the color. This works great if I want red, green, purple or other loud colors, but I can’t figure out how to change brown hair to blonde, or blonde to black. Any idea’s?

Here is an image of a simple process I use to clor hair. With more time and tweaking you can make it look even better.

I forgot to add that those images depict —
the original on the left
in the middle a new empty layer is added on top of the original with a brush using the RGB color indicated
on the right is the layer blending mode changed so the color effects the underlying hair
