Changing from upper to lower field first.
Intermittently whenever I have some time I go back to an unfinished project where portions of it when viewed on a re writable Blu-ray always stutters.
I can’t explain what is happening. I drag a clip onto the timeline & check properties & it tells me that its 1920×1080 AVC upper field first. I set my project up to match input. I take just that 1 clip & ask that its rendered out to a file with a new name. The template says Blu-ray “Upper” Field first.
After its rendered I drag the new file onto time line & click properties & it says its 1920×1080 AVD ‘LOWER’ field first. Why should this be?

It shouldn’t be. It sounds like you found a bug. I would report it to Sony.
