Hello! I am fairly new with premiere pro and I was wondering if there was a way to change a low frame rate like 24
To a higher frame rate of 60

I recorded a video and didn’t realize I was recording in 24fps I’m want to do some slow motion edits in my video
But doing slow motion with a 24fps clip doesn’t look so good. Could someone give me some suggestions on what I can do?bz

Unfortunately if you filmed it in 24fps there’s not really a way to make it look much better. You could try changing the Time Interpolation setting in the Clip Speed/Duration video to Optical Flow. There’s usually a bit of weird distortion but I think it’s the best you can do with a 24fps clip.

In the future if you can, you’ll have record in 60fps if you want a clean looking slow motion.

There is a plugin for After Effects for making 24fps and 30fps into decent slow motion called Twixtor that you can try.
