I used 360p footage in my edit, and now I see it was a huge mistake. I have the same video in 720 p, can I import it and change comp resolution not loosing all masks, rotobrush effects and positions?

The built-in script “Scale Composition” does most of it.

Rotobrush is a different story as it is resolution-dependent, but maybe it will give you a starting point. Alternately, you may want to generate rotobrush result mattes from your 360 px footage and scale those up to 720 px and use them as mattes to avoid having to redo them. They won’t be as accurate as doing them at the correct resolution, but maybe you can make that work.
