Changing A Project’s Aspect Ratio APP CS4
I’m using Adobe Premiere CS4 and I have several sequences that were created wrong. They are in 16:9 aspect ratio but I need for them to be 4:3. How can I change the settings without having to create a new project?

Just make a new sequence, copy content from old into new.
