Changing A Clip’s frame rate?
I have alot of some DV footage that has been shot by the cameraman at various shutter speeds. i need to match some new footage that has been shot normally – but can’t seem to work out how.
is there a way of directly altering the frame rate of a clip within final cut?

Shutter speed and frame rate are two different things. With shutter speed there is not much to do in postproduction, at least I dont know it.
