  Changing a 2-Drive RAID 1 enclosure to RAID 0 (via software)

  I have this enclosure that I bought about a year and a half ago (my first experience with using a RAID setup)-
  https://eshop.macsales.com/item/OWC/MEPQ946QL2/ (Although my model is the Oxford 936 chipset- no jumpers on the bridge board)
  I put in my own matching 1 TB drives. I used the OWC free Oxsemi Configurator app to set up the enclosure for RAID 1.

  It’s time to bump this up to RAID 0. Any thoughts on the advantages of using the basic Apple Disk Utility or the OWC Oxsemi Configurator app? Is a software RAID 0 a software RAID 0 or are there differences in the configs?
