Change the HSL values by changing RGB (#Hex) Value
Hey guys,
What I’m trying to accomplish is to bring in a footage made in C4D (Christmas Balls Red/White falling on the ground), and than create a colour control that would change the HSL values of the red in the footage by changing the #Hex value of the fill colour effect of the colour control layer.
I hope there’s a way to do this?

Is there a reason you’re set on using Hex values and the Fill effect?
I’d recommend using the Change To Color effect instead. I think it’ll accomplish exactly what you’re after. Set the ‘From’ color to Red and the ‘To’ color to whatever value you want.
