Change number of audio inputs?
I just got FCP 6 and my Kona 3 (with version 4 drivers) set up and when I digitize I am getting 16 channels of audio, but I’d like to only have 2. I can turn the ones I don’t want to capture off in the “Clip Settings” tab of the Log and Capture window, but those settings don’t always seem to stick. I see that the “Input Channels” pop up is set to 16 but is greyed out so I can’t change it there.
Is there a setting I’m missing somewhere in FCP or the AJA Control Panel?

They will stick so long as you remain in the format you’re capturing from. If you change that format to DV, then the panel will reset itself when you back to any format other than DV that can capture 16 channels of audio.
